01 Mandalay - Maymyo
Drive (80km - 2 hours) on a scenic route to the cool hill station of PYIN OO LWIN
(MAYMYO) with its lovely lake, waterfalls, botanical garden and colonial era buildings.
Overnight in Pyin Oo Lwin.
Day
02 Maymyo - Lashio
In the morning, visit the local market by the famous horse-drawn carriages (if
available) and drive to Lashio (250 km - 6 hours). On arrival, proceed to Lashio,
in a mountain basin at 855 meters, sightseeing around the city including famous
Pagoda of MANSU PAYA, PYI LONE CHANTHA PAYA and other pagodas. And also visit
exotic and colourful Mansu Market. Dinner (to own account) and overnight
in Lashio.
Day
03 Lashio - Mandalay
Continue Lashio visit in the morning and drive back to Mandalay passing through
picturesque forests and terraced paddy fields. On arrival, transfer to hotel
for check-in in Mandalay.
